Amends Section 83-65-103 of the Mississippi Code to expand the definition of "vehicle service contract" to include additional services beyond traditional repair and replacement.

Adds coverage for tire, wheel, and road hazard repairs; paintless dent removal; windshield chip and crack repair; and key or key-fob replacement services.

Permits the Commissioner of Insurance to approve other services for vehicle service contracts that are consistent with the chapter provisions.

Defines "road hazard" as obstacles encountered while driving, including potholes, rocks, debris, glass, curbs, and composite scraps.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
