Increases recording fee for deeds, wills, leases, and similar documents from $10.00 to $25.00 for the first 5 pages (reduced from 15 pages), with additional pages remaining $1.00 each.

Raises daily attendance fees for chancery court from $50.00 to $85.00 for the clerk and first chancellor, and from $50.00 to $85.00 for the clerk attending a second chancellor.

Changes the civil case filing fee from itemized amounts for specific case types (divorce, guardianship, adoption, etc.) to a uniform $85.00 fee covering all civil case filings.

Maintains additional fees of $10.00 for the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund and $40.00 for the Judicial System Operation Fund for every civil case filed.
