Increases salary limits for chancery clerks and circuit clerks from $90,000 to $94,500 annually.

Increases compensation for county registrars of election, tax assessors and collectors, supervisors, and medical examiners with amounts varying by county population and assessed valuation.

Increases various filing fees and service fees charged by chancery clerks, circuit clerks, sheriffs, marshals, and constables, including recording fees and process service fees.

Creates a County Elected Officials Compensation and Fees Task Force with 14 members to study compensation structures and fees for elected county officials and report recommendations to the Legislature by December 1, 2019.

Authorizes county boards of supervisors to pay monthly office allowances to county attorneys and to supplement clerk office expenses when collected fees are insufficient.
