Prohibits any person under 18 years of age from using tanning devices at tanning facilities, effective July 1, 2019.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $100 for first violations and up to $500 for subsequent violations against facilities that allow minors to use tanning devices.

Requires tanning facility operators to check photo identification from government entities or educational institutions to verify customers are at least 18 years old before allowing tanning device use.

Mandates tanning facilities post notices developed by the Mississippi State Department of Health stating the age restriction, penalty information, health risks associated with tanning, and instructions for reporting violations.

Establishes operator and customer responsibilities including provision of protective eyewear, equipment sanitization, exposure time limits, 24-hour minimum intervals between uses, and maintenance of customer records for three years.
