Removes the July 1, 2019 repeal date for the appraisal management company registration requirements in Section 73-34-103, making the registration requirement permanent.

Creates new Section 73-34-104 authorizing the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board to adopt rules and regulations for collecting fees and reporting information required to register appraisal management companies in the AMC National Registry.

Eliminates the 90-day exception that previously allowed appraisal management companies to remove independent appraisers from their panels without cause during the appraiser's first 90 days.

Requires appraisal management companies to provide written notice to appraisers being removed from panels and, in cases involving illegal conduct or licensing violations, to specify the nature of the alleged conduct and allow the appraiser to respond.

Allows appraisers to file complaints with the board challenging improper removal decisions, with the board required to adjudicate complaints within 180 days.
