Amends eviction summons requirements to specify the hearing date as stated "in" the summons rather than requiring a specific timeframe of 3-5 days from the date of service.

Requires judges to issue eviction warrants immediately upon request once a judgment of eviction is granted, except when prohibited or provided under Section 89-7-45.

Clarifies that personal property left on premises after eviction is deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by the landlord without further notice, if the summons included proper notification to the tenant.

Modifies stay of execution provisions for rent-based evictions: warrants will not issue if full rent, late fees, and court costs are paid at the time of warrant request; otherwise the magistrate must immediately issue the warrant unless good cause for a stay not exceeding 3 days is shown.

Prohibits any stay of warrant if doing so would result in material injury to the landlord's property.
