Amends Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to set durable medical equipment (DME) reimbursement rates at 100% of the Medicare DMEPOS Rural Fee Schedule effective January 1 of each year.

Prohibits the Division of Medicaid from reducing DME reimbursement rates and exempts DME providers from the standard 5% across-the-board reimbursement reduction applied to other Medicaid providers.

Requires the statewide uniform DME fee schedule to be calculated using 100% of the Medicare rate, with rates applied equally to both governmental and private DME providers.

Maintains existing precertification requirements for DME and medical supplies as determined by the division.
