Amends Mississippi Code Sections 49-15-17 and 49-27-69 to redirect fees and sums collected under the Coastal Wetlands Protection Act to the Coastal Preserves Account within the Seafood Fund.

Modifies Section 49-15-17(c) to specify that any fees or other sums received by the commission pursuant to Chapter 27, Title 49 shall be credited to the Coastal Preserve Account.

Modifies Section 49-27-69 to direct all fees and other sums received by the commission under that chapter to be deposited to the Coastal Preserves Account within the Seafood Fund.

The Coastal Preserves Account funds are restricted for management, improvement, and acquisition of coastal preserves in the state and cannot lapse into the general Seafood Fund at fiscal year end.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
