Authorizes the Mississippi Commission on Marine Resources to revoke a seafood license when a person fails to comply with a summons, citation, or fails to pay a fine, fee, or assessment for violating a seafood law or regulation.

Requires the court clerk or commission secretary to notify the person in writing by first-class mail that they have 10 days from mailing to comply or pay before license revocation occurs.

Allows the cost of notice to be added to court costs and requires the court clerk or commission secretary to immediately send the court or administrative record to the commission if the person fails to comply within 10 days.

Keeps a revoked license revoked until the person provides proof that all court obligations have been satisfied.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
