Appropriates $104,851.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Requires the Chiropractic Examiners Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2019, with comparable detail in the fiscal year 2021 budget request.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when two or more equal bids are received for commodities or equipment, and in non-competitive purchases.

Mandates compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25 requiring state agencies to not incur obligations exceeding their appropriation, with responsible officers held accountable.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
