Appropriates $954,150.00 to the Mississippi Fair Commission from the special fund account for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates $56,911.00 from the General Fund for annual roundup shows for junior livestock exhibitors and $19,542.00 to supplement livestock premiums at the State Fair for fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates $13,310.00 for county livestock shows with a limit of $1,000.00 per county and requirement that county livestock associations guarantee a minimum $500.00 in prizes.

Appropriates $57,458.00 for five district livestock shows and $7,438.00 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds directed to 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School members for fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates $12,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo national finals promotion and $44,979.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship for fiscal year 2020.
