Appropriates $6,412,964.00 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for property insurance on state property as required by the Stafford Act and federal regulations (44 CFR 206.252 and 206.253).

Appropriates $3,470.00 to the Department of Revenue for payment of prior year expenses through fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Appropriates $2,435.00 to the Board of Animal Health for payment of prior year expenses through fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

All appropriations are effective upon passage of the act through June 30, 2019.
