Extends the repeal date of the hotel, motel, and restaurant tax in Amory, Mississippi from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2023.

Authorizes the City of Amory to levy a tax of up to 2% on gross room rental proceeds from hotels and motels with six or more guest rooms.

Authorizes the City of Amory to levy a tax of up to 2% on gross sales proceeds from restaurants operating within the city.

Requires tax revenue to be dedicated solely to promoting tourism and parks and recreation, with 3% of proceeds retained by the Department of Revenue for collection costs.

Requires approval by referendum with 60% of qualified electors voting in favor before the tax may be imposed, and mandates separate accounting and annual independent audits of tax revenue.
