Authorizes the Coahoma County Board of Supervisors, acting as trustees of the Coahoma County Reserve and Trust Fund, to withdraw up to $500,000 from the fund's corpus to supplement the county general fund for fiscal year 2018-2019 due to nonpayment or delayed payment of lease proceeds caused by Curae Health, Inc. bankruptcy.

Requires any lease payments received from the Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center lease agreement (dated December 28, 1995) to be repaid to the fund to restore the corpus.

Suspends annual earnings component distributions to the county general fund until the corpus is fully replenished to its pre-withdrawal amount.

Amends Chapter 912, Local and Private Laws of 2013, as previously amended by Chapter 909, Local and Private Laws of 2014.
