Commends and congratulates Kylie Joiner of Decatur, Mississippi, for being selected as the 2018 State Games of Mississippi AT&T Overall Female Athlete of the Year.

Recognizes Kylie's 20 years of participation in the State Games as a competitor and 10 years as a volunteer, with medals in four sports: softball (Gold), soccer (Silver), 5K (Gold), and trail run (Gold).

Notes Kylie's background as a West Lauderdale High School two-sport athlete (soccer State Finalist, softball State Champion) and current employment as a Certified Public Accountant with the Mississippi Auditor's Department.

Acknowledges that Kylie was selected from 37 sports athletes and will have the honor of lighting the torch at the 2019 State Games of Mississippi Opening Ceremonies and receiving recognition from the Governor at the State Capitol.

Directs that this resolution be presented to Kylie Joiner and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
