Designates February 7, 2019, as "Donate Life Day in Mississippi" to promote organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation.

Encourages Mississippi citizens to wear blue and green on the designated day to show support for organ, eye and tissue donation.

Notes that over 1,300 Mississippians and 115,000 people nationwide are on the transplant waiting list, while only 30% of Mississippians with a driver's license are registered as organ and tissue donors.

Recognizes that one organ donor can save eight lives and tissue donors can heal more than 50 people, while 20 people in the United States die daily waiting for transplants.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Donate Life Mississippi and the State Board of Health for public dissemination.
