Designates February 6, 2019, as American Heart Association "National Wear Red Day" in Mississippi to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease in women.

Acknowledges that one in three women die of heart disease and stroke annually, with approximately one woman dying every minute, but notes that 80% of cardiac events can be prevented through education and lifestyle changes.

Recognizes that women participating in the "Go Red For Women" movement demonstrate significant health improvements, including 90% making healthy behavior changes, over 50% increasing exercise, and 60% changing their diets.

Encourages all Mississippi citizens to wear red and participate in the awareness campaign, symbolized by the Red Dress Pin, to promote women's heart health.

Directs presentation of the resolution to the Mississippi Chapter of the American Heart Association and distribution to the State Board of Health and Capitol Press Corps.
