Commends and congratulates Taylor McNair from Learned, Mississippi, for winning the 2019 Miss Rodeo America Pageant on December 9, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada, competing against 27 other contestants.

Taylor McNair holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business from Mississippi State University and won $20,000 in scholarship funds, which she plans to use for law school.

McNair is a third-generation farmer and rancher who previously held the titles of Miss Rodeo Mississippi (2018), Miss Rodeo Mid-South (2016), and Miss Dixie National (2014), and will travel over 100,000 miles in 2019 representing the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

As Miss Rodeo America 2019, Taylor will attend approximately 100 rodeos throughout the year and serve as the "First Lady of Rodeo" while promoting Mississippi's agricultural heritage and professional rodeo.
