Notes that Kappa Alpha Psi has over 700 chapters with 22 in Mississippi, including 10 undergraduate chapters at major state universities and 12 alumni chapters across the state

Highlights notable Mississippi members including U.S. Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, U.S. Federal Judge Carlton Reeves, state legislators, and leaders in business, education, and healthcare

Directs that this resolution be presented to Mississippi Chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
