Recognizes Jackson's background including a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Mississippi Valley State University and prior work with Greenville Public Schools and City of Greenville

Directs that the resolution be presented to Jackson, forwarded to the South Delta Planning and Development District, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
