Designates March 2019 as "Women's History Month in Mississippi" with the theme "Visionary Women: Champions of Peace and Nonviolence," marking the 39th anniversary of the Women's History Movement.

Honors women who have fought for equality, broken barriers of discrimination and injustice, and championed peace and nonviolence throughout history.

Recognizes 15 women honorees selected by the National Women's History Alliance, including peace activists, medical pioneers, and civil rights champions.

Acknowledges the critical economic, cultural, and social contributions of American women across all races, classes, and ethnic backgrounds.

Directs the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women to observe appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities in recognition of the designated month.
