Recognizes his pastoral ministry spanning ten years, fifteen years of evangelism work, and his passion for preaching through church speaking engagements, publications, and blog posts.

Notes his educational background including degrees from Kentucky Mountain Bible College, Asbury University, and the University of Kentucky, and his commitment to advancing education throughout his career.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Dr. Neihof's surviving family, forwarded to Wesley Biblical Seminary's Board of Trustees, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
