Designates March 2019 as "Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month" in Mississippi.

Recognizes that over 47,000 Mississippi citizens have intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Affirms that individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are entitled to the same benefits, privileges, and protections as other citizens.

Encourages all citizens to support full access to education, housing, and recreation opportunities for individuals with these disabilities.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Mississippi Department of Mental Health and Capitol Press Corps.
