Adds new paragraph (28) to Mississippi Code Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Individuals qualifying under the new paragraph (28) receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid shall determine eligibility for individuals covered under paragraph (28).

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
