Creates the Mississippi Smoke-free Air Act of 2020 to protect public health by prohibiting smoking in enclosed public places, places of employment, private clubs, and certain outdoor areas effective July 1, 2020.

Prohibits smoking in enclosed public places including bars, restaurants, health care facilities, schools, gaming facilities, public transportation, and retail establishments, and in all enclosed areas of workplaces without exception.

Prohibits smoking within 20 feet of entrances and windows of enclosed buildings, in outdoor restaurant and bar seating areas, playgrounds, sports arenas, and outdoor workplaces where two or more employees are present.

Requires "No Smoking" signs at entrances and removal of ashtrays from prohibited areas; enforcement through local health departments and law enforcement with fines of $50 for individuals and $100-$500 for business owners for violations.

Repeals the existing Mississippi Clean Indoor Air Act (Sections 29-5-160 through 29-5-163) and allows political subdivisions to adopt more restrictive local ordinances.
