Amends Section 27-104-301 of the Mississippi Code to revise permitted uses of funds from the 2018 Transportation and Infrastructure Improvements Fund for the City of Bruce, Mississippi.

Expands the City of Bruce's allowable expenditures from road repairs and resurfacing to include construction of walking and bicycle trails at the city's park, while maintaining the $200,000.00 allocation.

Maintains the existing special fund structure requiring the State Treasurer to manage the fund separately from the General Fund, with unexpended amounts and interest earnings retained in the fund rather than lapsing.

Preserves all other allocations to counties, municipalities, and special projects throughout Mississippi totaling approximately $100 million for transportation, infrastructure, and related improvements.
