Revises the Mississippi Church Protection Act to require churches with security programs to maintain firearm license numbers of concealed license holders and identification numbers of law enforcement officers and qualified retired law enforcement officers on their security teams.

Security program members must possess a firearm license under Section 45-9-101, complete firearms safety training under Section 97-37-7, or be a law enforcement officer or qualified retired law enforcement officer as defined in federal law.

Churches must record the firearm license numbers or qualified retired law enforcement officer identification in meeting minutes or written documentation at the time of member designation, and make these records available to law enforcement upon request during investigations.

Persons assisting with training must also possess applicable licenses or law enforcement credentials to be eligible for civil immunity protections.

Designated security program members are immune from civil liability for actions taken within the course of their official duties protecting the congregation from unlawful violent felonies.
