Increases maximum loan amount for agribusiness or greenhouse production horticulture enterprises from $200,000 to $250,000 for initial construction or renovations under the Emerging Crops Fund.

Raises the aggregate cap on total loans to any single agribusiness enterprise from $400,000 to $500,000.

Increases the maximum bonding authority for the Mississippi Development Authority under the Emerging Crops Fund from $109,000,000 to $114,000,000.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
