Maintains existing bonus compensation structures for assessors holding various professional designations and appraiser licenses, including additional payments ranging from $6,500.00 to $8,500.00 annually for advanced certifications.

Does not affect the established salary schedules for county assessors and tax collectors, which remain based on total assessed valuation of their respective counties.
