Amends Section 65-43-3 of Mississippi Code to allow toll road public-private partnership contracts to include extensions, automatic renewals, or other contractual terms agreed to by the governmental entity as exceptions to the 50-year maximum contract period.

Removes the prohibition on extending or renewing contracts, instead permitting extensions and renewals if specified in the original or subsequent agreement between the governmental entity and the company.

Maintains all existing requirements for toll road contracts including competitive procurement processes, bond requirements, toll approval procedures, and automatic reversion of rights to the governmental entity upon contract expiration.

Effective July 1, 2020.
