Amends Section 73-35-21 to clarify the Mississippi Real Estate Commission's authority to refuse, suspend, or revoke real estate licenses for various violations including misrepresentation, fraud, felony convictions, and dishonest dealing.

Amends Section 73-35-25 to provide that appeals filed within 30 days of a Commission order, rule, or decision automatically act as a supersedeas, staying the Commission's action until a final court judgment is entered.

Allows the Commission to file a motion within 10 days of an appeal to lift the supersedeas if it demonstrates by clear and convincing evidence that immediate and irreparable harm will occur if the licensee continues operating.

Specifies that the supersedeas provisions control over any conflicting court rules.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
