Amends the definition of "active supervision" to allow the Occupational Licensing Review Commission to review existing occupational regulations promulgated by occupational licensing boards, not just proposed regulations.

Grants the commission authority to declare noncomplying existing regulations invalid 60 days after review, or allow the licensing board opportunity to amend regulations to comply with state policy.

Expands the commission's oversight responsibilities in Section 73-47-9 to include review of existing occupational regulations for compliance with state policy.

Commission remains composed of the Governor (chair), Secretary of State (secretary), and Attorney General or their designees, with quarterly meetings and majority vote requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
