Amends Section 15-1-59 of the Mississippi Code to remove the civil statute of limitations for abuse committed against a person during infancy or unsoundness of mind.

Eliminates time restrictions for actions involving felonious abuse or battery of a child, lustful touching of a child, sexual battery of a child, child exploitation, promoting prostitution of minors, and human trafficking offenses.

Designates the provision as "The Paul Clegg Act."

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
