Amends Section 43-13-115 of the Mississippi Code to extend Medicaid eligibility for pregnant women to include maternal care services for twelve (12) months after the end of their pregnancy.

Applies the twelve-month postpartum coverage requirement to pregnant women eligible under paragraphs (3), (8), and (9)(b) and (c) of the Medicaid eligibility statute.

Ensures pregnant women remain eligible for maternal care services specifically, regardless of other income or eligibility changes during the twelve-month postpartum period.

Effective July 1, 2020.
