Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of Thomas E. Edwards High School (formerly Ruleville Central High School), subject to all standard registration fees and taxes.

Imposes an additional $30.00 annual fee for distinctive license tags, collected by county tax collectors and remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue, with $2.00 retained by tax collectors for the county general fund.

Distributes the remaining $28.00 from each license tag fee as follows: $24.00 to North Yalobusha Charities, Inc.; $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2.00 to the State Highway Fund; and $1.00 to the special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires regular license tags to be surrendered upon issuance of distinctive tags and entitles owners to up to two license decals; sets replacement tag fee at $10.00 with 5% retained by tax collectors.

Effective July 1, 2020.
