Prohibits employees terminated from agencies, departments, institutions, or nonprofits from receiving employment at any other similar organization using the same grant or contract funding.

Applies only to employees whose positions were funded in whole or in part by grants or contracts from the State of Mississippi or the United States of America.

Prevents terminated employees from transferring to another organization that uses identical state or federal grant/contract funds for personnel employment.

Takes effect upon passage.
