Repeals Section 11-1-66.1 of Mississippi Code of 1972, which established the Landowners Protection Act.

Amends Section 85-5-7 to remove language that created a premises-liability exception allowing landowners to be held liable for third-party tortious conduct committed with specific wrongful intent.

Maintains that "fault" generally excludes torts resulting from acts committed with specific wrongful intent, with the removed language having carved out an exception for commercial property premises-liability actions.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
