Amends Section 43-19-103 of Mississippi Code to add mental or physical disability of a child as a factor for child support award modifications.

Allows consideration of disability in children over age 21 who are incapable of self-support and require custodial parent care when determining if guidelines would be unjust or inappropriate.

Adds new criterion (k) to existing rebuttable presumption factors that courts must consider when awarding or modifying child support.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
