Amends Section 15-1-59 of Mississippi Code to remove civil statute of limitations for abuse committed against children and persons of unsound mind in specific cases.

Eliminates time limits for civil actions involving felonious abuse or battery of a child, sexual abuse offenses, child exploitation, minor prostitution, and human trafficking offenses.

Retains the existing 21-year limit for civil actions by persons under disability of unsoundness of mind in other cases not specified in the amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
