Allows direct on-site supervisors of providers in managed care organizations to sign off on provider work during the credentialing process if the provider has not previously been denied credentialing, and permits the provider to receive reimbursement for that work.

Prohibits the Division of Medicaid from suspending reimbursement payments to a provider during the appeal of a violation determination, unless the provider has been previously convicted of fraud in connection with the Medicaid program.

Effective July 1, 2020.
