Creates the "Evelyn Gandy Fair Pay Act" to prohibit wage discrimination against women in Mississippi employment.

Declares that unlawful employment practice occurs when discriminatory compensation decisions are adopted, applied, or when wages are paid based on such decisions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Allows aggrieved persons to recover back pay for up to two (2) years preceding the filing of a charge when similar or related unlawful compensation discrimination practices occurred outside the normal charge-filing period.

Names the act after Edythe Evelyn Gandy, the first woman elected to statewide office in Mississippi and the first female Lieutenant Governor in the United States.

Takes effect upon passage.
