Establishes the "Lynn Fitch Equal Pay Act of 2020" prohibiting employers from paying employees of one sex less than employees of the opposite sex for equal work requiring equal skill, effort, responsibility, and similar working conditions.

Allows pay differentials based on seniority systems, merit systems, production-based earnings systems, or any factor other than sex.

Creates a legal right for employees to file a petition in circuit court if they believe their employer violated equal pay provisions.

Requires employers found in violation to pay reasonable remedies consistent with federal law violations of Title VII or Title IX.

Effective July 1, 2020.
