Adds paragraph (28) to Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and whose income does not exceed 133% of the federal poverty level.

Individuals eligible under the new paragraph (28) shall receive benchmark or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined in the federal Social Security Act.

The Division of Medicaid shall determine eligibility for individuals covered under this expansion.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
