Amends the salary structure for the State Superintendent of Public Education to be established by the State Board of Education at an amount not exceeding 150% of the Governor's salary, effective July 1, 2020.

Removes the previous provision that allowed the superintendent serving on July 1, 2011 to retain their January 1, 2011 salary indefinitely.

Requires any salary reduction resulting from this new cap to be deposited into the Education Enhancement Fund for the Classroom Supply Fund beginning July 1, 2020.

Makes technical updates to the superintendent position including changing "he" to "he or she" and clarifying the provision applies to the current and all succeeding superintendents.

Amends Section 37-61-33 to allow classroom supply fund allocations to include funds from the salary reduction difference deposited into the Education Enhancement Fund.
