Authorizes issuance of distinctive "Chahta" license tags to enrolled members and descendants of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, effective July 1, 2020, replacing previous authorization limited to supporters.

Requires applicants to present written proof of enrollment or descent through a Tribal Identification Card, Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood, or Non-Enrolled Member Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood.

Sets additional fee at $30.00 per distinctive license tag, with $24.00 distributed to the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Allows tax collectors to retain $2.00 from each application fee for the county general fund.

Requires the distinctive license tag program to meet the provisions of Section 27-19-44(3) before July 1, 2023, to continue issuing tags.
