Expands the Occupational Licensing Review Commission's authority to review not only proposed occupational regulations but also existing regulations already promulgated by occupational licensing boards.

Grants the Commission power to approve, disapprove, disapprove with suggested amendments, or allow occupational licensing boards to repeal or revise existing regulations to ensure compliance with state policy.

Requires the Commission to establish a process through resolution to review existing occupational regulations for compliance with state policy, excluding individual disciplinary actions against market participants.

Maintains the Commission's composition as the Governor (chair), Secretary of State (secretary), and Attorney General, or their designees, meeting quarterly with majority vote required for final action.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
