Amends Section 55-15-81 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit relocation, removal, disturbance, alteration, renaming, or rededication of war monuments and memorials on public property.

Protects statues, monuments, memorials, and nameplates from wars including the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Mexican-American War, Civil War, Spanish-American War, World Wars I and II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War, Iraq War, and Native American Wars.

Extends protection to public structures and areas named for or dedicated to historical military figures, events, organizations, or units.

Permits maintenance, preservation, care, repair, and restoration of protected monuments and memorials.

Exempts items on property owned by the Mississippi Transportation Commission if they interfere with construction, maintenance, or operation of public transportation facilities.
