Designates segment of U.S. Highway 51 in Lincoln County as "Corporal Zach Moak and Officer James White Memorial Highway" in honor of fallen Brookhaven police officers.

Designates segment of Mississippi Highway 589 in Lamar County as "Benjamin J. Deen Memorial Highway" in honor of fallen Hattiesburg police officer.

Designates multiple highway segments across Mississippi as memorial highways for various individuals including Senator William Canon, Coach Elmer Higginbotham, Speaker Billy McCoy, H.D. Broome, Jeff Boren, Blake Burgess, Sheena Miles, Tyrone Stewart, Sam Dye, and Chief Justice Armis Hawkins.

Requires Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for all designated memorial highways and to erect directional signs to the Lynyrd Skynyrd Monument in Pike County at Interstate 55 Exit 8 and Mississippi Highway 568.

Authorizes a sign on Mississippi Highway 25 in Rankin County honoring Olympic gold medalist Tori Bowie; requires Rankin County to fund the sign through MDOT's permitting process; becomes effective July 1, 2020.
