Authorizes Mississippi residents to obtain distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of former Utica High School upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee in addition to standard vehicle registration taxes and fees.

Distribution of the $30.00 fee: $24.00 to Utica High School Alumni Association, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 from each fee collected and deposit it into the county general fund; remainder remitted monthly to Department of Revenue.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and distributing the remainder according to the same distribution formula.

Effective July 1, 2020.
