Amends Section 49-7-38 of the Mississippi Code to allow persons exempt from hunting licenses due to disability to use an air bow during open seasons on deer, turkey, or small game.

Defines "air bow" as a device that uses compressed air to propel arrows.

Applies to persons with total service-connected disability as adjudged by the Veterans Administration, those adjudged totally disabled by the Social Security Administration, paraplegics, or multiple amputees.

Maintains existing provisions allowing license-exempt persons and those licensed to hunt deer with bows or primitive weapons to use crossbows or bows and arrows during open seasons.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
